Re-Admission Application Guidelines 2024-Spring Semester

 

 

1. 지원 자격 Qualifications

- 미등록, 휴학만료, 자원퇴학, 성적불량 제적자 (학기만료 제적, 징계 제적자는 재입학이 불가함)

  Expulsion due to the unregistered student status, expiration of leave of absence period, poor academic performance, voluntarily withdrawn students

  (Expulsion due to the expiration of thesis submission period, Expulsion due to the disciplinary measures are NOT allowed to apply for the re-admission)

  ※ 입학정원의 결원이 있을 때 1회에 한하여 재입학을 허가할 수 있음.

       Re-Admission can be granted only once when there is a vacancy in the admission quota.

2. 신청 절차 Schedule & Procedures

가. 신청 기간: 2024. 2. 1. (목) 00:00 ~ 2. 8. (목) 23:59 까지

      Application Period: 2024. 2. 1. (Thu) 00:00 ~ 2. 8. (Thu) 23:59

  * 위 기간 외에는 해당 학기 재입학 신청 불가

     Re-admission for this semester is not allowed except for the above period

나. 제출서류 Required Documents

  1) 재입학신청서 Re-admission Application Form(prescribed form)

  2) 재입학청원서 Petition for Re-admission(prescribed form)

  3) 학업계획서 Academic Plan(prescribed form)

  4) 성적증명서 Official Transcript

다. 제출처: 연세 포탈 Document Submission: Yonsei Portal

  ▶ 학과 안내를 따로 확인하고, 필요 서류들을 구비하여, 연세 포탈로 신청

      Check the guidance of the department separately, prepare necessary documents, and apply through the Yonsei Portal

                                                  Re-admission application (graduate school) > Upload Attachment > Agree the notice on personal data collecting and use > Apply

라. 재입학 승인 결과: 2월 말 연세포탈에서 확인 가능 Result of Re-Admission Approval: Applicants can check the results on the Yonsei Portal at the end of February

 

 

3. 재입학 절차 Re-Admission Procedures

학생 신청	⇨	학과 승인	⇨	대학원 승인	⇨	재입학
지도교수 추천을 받아 서류 작성 후, 이를 첨부하여 연세포탈로 신청 After receiving the recommendation of the advisor, fill out the document, apply for the department according to the department's guidance, and apply at Yonsei Portal		학과 심사 Approval by the Department		대학원 심사 Approval by the Graduate School		승인 후 수강신청 및 등록 Enrollment and Registration

 

4. 유의사항 Notices

가. 등록제도운영에 관한 시행세칙에 의거, 재입학 시 입학금 1/2을 납부해야 하며, 등록금은 추가 등록 기간에 납부해야 함.

According to the regulations of registration policies, 50 percent of the admission fee will be carried out when reentering the school

and The tuition fee must be paid during the additional registration period.

나. 재입학 후 당해 학기는 일반휴학이 불가하며, 수업을 들어야 하는 경우, 수강 변경 기간에 수강 신청을 해야함

After re-admission, general leave of absence is not allowed for the semester, and if you need to take a class, you must apply for the course during the course change period.

다. 재입학 전 일반휴학을 모두 활용한 학생은 재입학 후 일반휴학 할 수 없음

Re-Admitted students who used up all the chances of leave of absence before re-admission, cannot take a leave of absence after the re-admission.

라. 재입학은 1회에 한하여 허용함 Re-Admission is allowed only once.

마. 재입학 합격 후 재입학을 포기하면, 이후 재입학을 다시 할 수 없음

If students give up re-admission after getting accepted, re-admission is not allowed ever again.

바. 재입학 합격 후 등록금을 납부하지 않으면 미등록제적 처리되며, 이후 재입학을 다시 할 수 없음

If students do not pay the tuition fee after re-admission, stdents will be expelled due to unregistered student status, and re-admission is not allowed ever again.

사. 재입학 전 학사경고 사항은 유효하며 횟수를 누적 적용함

  - 성적불량제적 후 재입학한 학생은 학사경고 1회를 받게되면 성적불량제적 처리되며, 해당 경우, 이후 재입학을 다시 할 수 없음

    Academic warning(s) received before the re-admission will still remain effective after the re-admission.

  - Re-admitted students after expiration of poor academic performance will be expelled due to poor academic performance, and re-admission is not aloowed ever again.

아. 학번 및 연세포탈 비밀번호를 잊어버렸을 경우, 대학원 교학팀으로 문의

If you forget your student number and Yonsei Portal password, contact the Graduate School Office.
