Administrative order on the compulsory wearing of masks to strengthen measure to prevent the spread of Corona-19

 

In accordance with the 「Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act」 we hereby issue this administrative order requiring the compulsory wearing of masks within the City of Wonju in order to strengthen efforts to prevent the spread of Corona-19. (Please refer to the attached document.)

 

 

 

1. 처분당사자: 원주시 전 지역 거주자 및 방문자

 

 

 

2. 처분내용

 

-. 실내에서 마스크 착용할 것. 단 일상적 사생활이나 음식물 섭취 등 불가피한 경우 제외

 

-. 실외에서 집회, 공연 등 다중이 모여 다른 사람과 접촉하거나 접촉할 위험이 있는 경우 마스크 착용할 것

 

-. 마스크를 착용하지 않은 경우 실내・외를 불문하고 2인 이상 집합 제한. 단, 일상적 사생활이나 음식물 섭취 등 불가피한 경우 제외

 

 

 

3. 처분근거

 

-. ⌈감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률⌋ 제49조 제1항 제2호의 2-3호

 

-. ⌈감염병의 예방 및 관리에 관한 법률⌋ 제49조 제1항 제2호의 4호

 

 

 

4. 처분기간: 2020.08.24.(월) ~ 별도 해제 시

 

 

 

5. 처분의 효력 발생일:2020.08.24.(월)부터

 

 

 

6. 처분을 위반한 경우에는 10만원 이하의 과태료 부과 및 방역비용 구상 청구(단, 과태료의 경우 2020.10.12.까지 계도기간)
