2020년 2월 학위수여식 취소 및 석사학위가운대여, 학위기 수령 안내
영예의 학위를 취득(예정)하게 됨을 진심으로 축하 드리며, 신종 코로나바이러스 확산 방지를 위하여 2020년 2월 24일(월) 개최 예정이었던 2월 학위수여식은 취소하고, 2월 학위수여식은 8월 학위수여식과 통합하여 진행하게 되었음을 알려드립니다.
석사 가운 대여, 학위 증서(학위기) 배부는 예정대로 진행하며, 인원 분산을 위하여 배부 기간을 7일간으로 연장합니다.
아울러, 신종코로나바이러스 확산 방지를 위해 불편하시더라도 관계자의 안내에 적극 협조해 주시기 바랍니다.

2020년 2월 학위취득 예정자 조회는 일반대학원 홈페이지에서 2. 13(목) ~ 2. 14(금)까지 조회가 가능합니다.
2. 안 내 사 항
가. 석사 가운 배부 및 반납 (석사학위 수여 예정자 대상)
1) 세탁 · 보관료 납부 기간
- 2020. 2. 18(화) ~ 2020. 2. 27(목) (09:30-16:30, 단, 2/27(목)은 14:00 까지 납부)
2) 석사학위 가운 대여 기간
- 2020. 2. 19(수) ~ 2020. 2. 27(목) (09:30-16:30, 단, 2/27(목)은 14:00 까지 대여)
3) 가운 대여료 납부 절차
학사포탈사이트(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → LOGIN → 학사정보시스템 → 학사 관리 → 학적 → 학위가운대여(세탁-보관료 납부) → 개인별 입금 전용 가상 계좌 확인 → 납부(석사 7천원, 신용카드 불가)
4) 대여 장소 : 대학원 회의실 (스팀슨관 2층 - 본관 좌측에 위치)
5) 대여 방법 : 석사 가운은 신분증 및 가운 대여료 납부 영수증 제시 후 교부 가능
(대리인 가운 수령 가능하나, 졸업생 신분증 및 대리인 신분증 지참 후 가운 대여료 영수증 제시해야 함)
6) 가운 반납 : 2020. 2. 27(목) 16:30까지 (학위 가운 미 반납 시 증명서 발급 중단)
※ 바이러스 확산 방지 및 안전을 위하여 학위 가운 대여는 가급적 8월 학위수여식을 이용해 주시고, 해외 출국 등 부득이한 경우에 한하여 대여하여 주시기 바랍니다. 또한, 가급적 졸업 관련 모임이나 행사 참석을 자제해주시기 바랍니다.
나. 박사 학위 가운 : 박사학위수여 예정자들은 개별적으로 학위 가운, 후드, 모자를 준비하셔야 합니다. [박사학위 가운 대여 및 제작 참조] 성의사(http://www.gown21.com, 02-754-7650) 또는 춘추사http:/chunchoo.co.kr, 02-312-6661) 등의 가운 업체에 개별적으로 문의

2월 박사학위 수여예정자의 단체기념사진 촬영은 8월 학위수여식에 진행될 예정입니다.
라. 학위 증서(학위기) 배부
1) 학위 증서 배부 기간 : 2020. 2. 24(월) ~ 2020. 2. 27(목) 16:30까지
2) 학위 증서 수령 장소 : 대학원 회의실 (스팀슨관 2층 - 본관 좌측에 위치)
3) 학위 증서 수령 방법 :
석사가운 반납(박사 제외) → 본인 신분증(필수, 학생증 가능) 제시 → 학위기 수령
단, 대리인이 학위기를 수령할 경우 졸업생 신분증( 학생증 가능)과 대리인 신분증을 지참시 배부 가능합니다. (1인 출입 제한)
석사학위 가운 대여를 안하는 경우에는 학위 증서 수령 기간에 신분증 제시 후 바로 학위기 수령이 가능합니다.
마. 유의사항 : 대출 도서 반납 등 학교에 미진한 사항이 있으면 2월 13(목)까지 반드시 정리해야 합니다. (2/13이후 반납 시 학술정보원에서 “도서 반납증”을 수령하여 학위 가운 교부 시 제시하여야 학위기 수령이 가능합니다.)
※ 신종 코로나바이러스 확산 방지를 위한 협조 요청
- 가운 대여 및 반납, 학위 증서 수령 관련 방문 인원 1인 한정 (출입 제한)
- 반드시 마스크를 착용하고 방문
- 발열, 기침 증상 발현자 및 의심대상자는 방문 불가
- 석사학위 가운 대여 및 반납 시간 준수
- 신종 코로나바이러스 확산 방지를 위해 불편하시더라도 관계자의 안내에 적극 협조하여 주시기 바랍니다.

Notice for Graduation Ceremony (2020. 2)
Congratulations upon your academic achievements and honorable graduation from Yonsei University. For the prevention of Novel Coronavirus, commencement ceremony originally scheduled for 24th Feb, 2020 has been cancelled. Commencement ceremony for February will be proceeded with commencement ceremony for August.
For graduates, lending gowns, degree caps and distribution of graduation certificates will be carried out as scheduled. Plus, the distribution period has been extended to seven days.
For the prevention of the further spread of Novel Coronavirus, we ask for your full cooperation.
Please read the following information regarding the commencement ceremony.
1. Reviewing student acquired degree: available during February 13th(Thu) ~ February 14th(Fri) through graduate school homepage
2. Guidelines
A. Gown Pick Up and Return (Master's Student)
- Gown laundry and keeping fee payment: Tuesday, 18 February 09:30 ~ Thursday, 27 February 16:30 2020 (However, 2/27(Thu) is due by 14:00)
- Gown Pick Up: Wednesday, 19 February - Thursday, 27 February 2020 (09:30-16:30, However, 2/27(Thu) is due by 14:00)
- Location: Graduate School Conference Room
(Stimson Hall, 2nd floor, located on the left side of the Underwood Hall)
* Please submit your ID card and receipt of laundry and keeping fee payment to receive your gown.
- How to pay: http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr -> login -> Academic information -> Academic information management -> Academic records -> 학위가운대여 Borrowing Gown (laundry-keeping fee payment) -> check the individual virtual account number -> Make a payment
(Borrowing gown is available if you submit your ID card and receipt of laundry and keeping fee payment, 7,000KRW for master’s students. Credit Card is not available.)
- Gowns must be returned by 27 February 2020 by 16:30. (If you do not return gowns, no certificate issuance will be available)
* Doctoral S tudents must prepare gown, hood, and caps on their own.

B. Diploma Distribution
Diplomas for Master's and Doctoral students will be distributed after 24 February 2020, where the gowns distributed (Graduate School Conference Room, Stimson Hall 2nd floor) upon returning your gown (students must bring their ID card and if a third party is returning and picking up the diploma, he/she must have the graduate student's ID card).
C. Others
- If you have any outstanding balance or unreturned library books, please make sure to have everything paid and returned by Wednesday, 13 February 2020
(When you returned books after the due, you have to submit ‘도서반납증 Confirmation of book return’ when you get your gown for the ceremony.)
- Please understand that diploma allocation will be started after the degree ceremony is over.
※ Important Notice
1) Only one person is allowed to visit Graduate School office for gown pick up, return, and diploma pick up.
2) Please wear a personal mask when visiting Graduate School office.
3) The one who has symptoms of new coronavirus will not be allowed to visit Graduate School office.
4) Please make sure to follow the gown pick up and returning schedule.
