* 학술정보원 홈페이지(http://library.yonsei.ac.kr) → Research → 학위논문 제출 -> 제출안내 숙지 -> 제출 사이트 바로가기 (http://dcollection.yonsei.ac.kr) -> 온라인 파일 제출 -> 제출처 검증 후 승인 -> “제출내역”에서 저작권동의서와 제출확인서 출력 → 학위논문 6부와 저작권동의서, 제출확인서 지참 후 학위논문 제출처 방문 → 학위논문 및 저작권동의서, 제출 확인서 제출 * 개인 학사포탈 논문심사에서 학위논문 제출확인 할 수 있음 * 제출확인서는 일반대학원은 학위논문 제출처에, 다른 대학원은 소속 대학원 사무실에 개별적으로 제출해야 합니다. * 석.박사학위취득 인터넷 통계조사 참여 (http://www.narastat.kr/emdh) * 2016.1.20(수)이후 개인학사포탈논문심사에서 논문제출여부를 확인할 수 있음 |

* 유 의 사 항
1. 학위논문 본심사 실시 및 결과 입력 기간: 2015. 12. 1(화)-12.19(토)
2. 확인사항 : 영문성명(반드시 여권과 동일), 논문제목, 논문형태(국,영문)등)
- 영문성명, 논문제목, 논문형태등 수정사항 발생 시 학과사무실을 통해 수정요청
- 학사포탈의 영문성명으로 학위기와 각종 영문증명서가 발급되므로 반드시 확인바랍니다.
3. 박사학위논문 공표 :「고등교육법시행령제 51조」및 「대학원 학위논문에 관한 내규 제19조(학위문의 공표)」에 의거 박사 학위 논문은 합격일로부터 1년 이내에 학계에 공표해야 합니다. 또 공표된 내용은 교육부에 통보될 수 있도록 학과사무실에 통보하여야 합니다. (공표형태-단행본 발간, 관련 학회지 게재, 정기간행물 게재, 외국국제학술지 게재, 학술세미나 발표 등)
4. 학위논문제목(국,영문)이 변경된 경우, 학과 사무실에 연락하여 <학사포탈 논문관리시스템>을 통해 학위논문제목을 반드시 2016. 1. 8(금)까지 변경하여야 합니다.
5. 대학원 학칙 제11장 학위의 수여 : 제42조(학위수여) ①학위는 수료학점 이수 및 자격시험에 합격한 후 학위논문 심사에 합격하고 학위논문을 제출한 자로서 대학원장의 제청으로 대학원운영위원회의 의결을 거친 자로 총장이 수여한다.

Your graduate thesis can be submitted in the graduate school′s homepage (http://graduate.yonsei.ac.kr, → “Thesis(학위논문)” → “Online submission(온라인 제출)”) or university library homepage (http://library.yonsei.ac.kr, “Research” →”Thesis submission”).

*Library homepage →Research →Online registration at “Thesis submission” →Write the received confirmation number on the usage approval form and thesis submission confirmation form, Print forms → Go to a designated location for submission(Library Classroom: "Haksuljeongbo-gyoyukshil(학술정보교육실)": 2nd floor of Yonsei-Samsung Library)→ Submit 6 copies and receive a certification stamp on the online submission confirmation form → Sumit your form at the documentation submission counter at the 2nd floor of the Yonsei-Samsung Library; the graduate school will collect the forms. *You can verify your thesis submission status at your individual student portal site under “thesis review.” * Visit to the web for surveying the questionnaire (http://www.narastat.kr/emdh) |

*Additional Information
1. Assessment and submitting assessment report of the graduate thesis: Dec. 1 ～ 19, 2015 (Submit to department office).
2. The Certificate of graduation and other documents released in English will have the name printed according to the name inserted in the Portal System. Please verify your name in the Portal System.
3. Public release of doctoral dissertation: In accordance with the Enforcement Degree of the Higher Education Act No. 1 and the Internal Regulation for Graduate Thesis No. 19, doctoral dissertations must be publically released to the academia within 1 year. Additionally, the released content must be reported to the department office, in order to notify the Ministry of Education (Forms of release: Publication of independent volume, publication in academic journal, publication in periodicals, publication in international journal, presentation at academic seminar, etc.)
4. If there is a change in the title of the thesis (Korean, English), please contact the department office and change the title through the <student portal thesis management system> by , Friday, 8 Jan 2015.
