[공지] 2020학년도 1학기 일반휴학(가사/질병)의 휴학연한 미산입

 

2020학년도 1학기 일반휴학은 학생별 휴학연한에 산입하지 않는 것으로 결정되었습니다.2020-1학기에 이미 일반휴학을 신청한 학생과 일반휴학을 신청할 계획인 학생들에 한해 적용됩니다.

(휴학연한: 휴학할 수 있는 최대 기간으로 석사는 2년(4학기), 박사 및 통합과정은 3년(6학기)를 초과할 수 없음)

 

- 위 공지사항은 휴학연한이 남아있는 학생들에 해당합니다. 이미 휴학연한을 모두 사용하여 더 이상 휴학을 신청할 수 없는 재학생들은 2020-1학기 일반휴학이 불가합니다.

 

- 2020학년도 1학기 신입·재입학 첫학기 학생은 위 사항과 관계가 없으며, 2020-1학기 일반휴학이 불가합니다. 코로나19 확진자 또는 자가격리자에 해당하는 경우 질병휴학을 신청해주시기 바랍니다.

 

- 일반휴학의 취소는 학기 시작 이후로는 원천 불가합니다.

 

 

- 휴학 시점에 따른 등록금 반환일정은 기존과 동일하게 진행됩니다.

[Notice] A Leave of Absence for Spring 2020 Semester

 

The university has decided not to count Spring 2020 semester as the Leave of Absence Term. This announcement is applicable to the students who already applied for a leave of absence or who are planning to apply for one in Spring 2020 semester. (The Leave of Absence Term: The maximum semesters a student can apply for a leave of absence before graduation is up to 2 years(4 semesters) for a master’s degree, and three years(6 semesters) for a doctor’s and an integrated course.)

 

- The above notice is only applicable to the students who have the Leave of Absence Term left. Students who already used all of their Leave of Absence semesters are not eligible to apply for one in the Spring 2020 semester.

 

- Freshman and re-admitted students whose first semester of 2020 is their first semester are irrelevant to the above notice, and they are not eligible to apply for a leave of absence. Students who are diagnosed with the COVID-19 or subject to self-quarantine are eligible to apply for a leave of absence due to disease.

 

- A cancellation of a leave of absence is fundamentally not allowed.

 

- The return of tuition fee will be proceeded as the original schedule, according to the leave of absence application period.
