* 유 의 사 항
1. 학위논문 본심사 실시 및 결과 입력 기간: 2018. 6. 1(금) - 6. 20(수)
2. 확인사항 : 영문성명(반드시 여권과 동일), 논문제목, 논문형태(국,영문) 등
- 영문성명, 논문제목, 논문형태 등 수정사항 발생 시 학과사무실을 통해 반드시 수정요청
- 학사포탈의 영문성명으로 학위기와 각종 영문증명서가 발급되므로 반드시 확인바랍니다.
3. 박사학위논문 공표 :「고등교육법시행령제 51조」및 「대학원 학위논문에 관한 내규 제19조(학위문의 공표)」에 의거 박사 학위 논문은 합격일로부터 1년 이내에 학계에 공표해야 합니다. 또 공표된 내용은 교육부에 통보될 수 있도록 학과사무실에 통보하여야 합니다. (공표형태-단행본 발간, 관련 학회지 게재, 정기간행물 게재, 외국국제학술지 게재, 학술세미나 발표 등)
4. 학위논문제목(국,영문)이 변경된 경우, 학과 사무실에 연락하여 <학사포탈 논문관리시스템>을 통해 학위논문 제목을 반드시 2018. 7. 6(금)까지 변경하여야 합니다.
5. 대학원 학칙 제11장 학위의 수여 : 제42조(학위수여) ①학위는 수료학점 이수 및 자격시험에 합격한 후 학위논문 심사에 합격하고 학위논문을 제출한 자로서 대학원장의 제청으로 대학원운영위원회의 의결을 거친 자로 총장이 수여한다.
6. 제출된 학위논문과 관련하여 성명, 생일, 학위명, 논문제목, 전공, 지도교수 등의 정보가 국회도서
관과 교육부 산하 한국직업능력개발원에 제공됨을 알려드립니다.

Graduate students who are scheduled to graduate in August 2018 should refer to the following guidelines for submitting thesis.

*Library homepage(http://library.yonsei.ac.kr) → Research → Thesis submission → http://dcollection.yonsei.ac.kr → Login and Submit(Use Yonsei portal ID/PW) → Write the received confirmation number on the usage approval form and thesis submission confirmation form, Print the forms → Visit the designated location for submission(Yonsei-Samsung Library 1st floor Exhibition Hall, next to Y-Valley) → Submit 4 hard-bound copies of your thesis, the usage approval form, and the online submission confirmation form *You can verify your thesis submission status at your individual student portal site under “thesis review” from the 9th (THU) August, 2018. |

*Additional Information
1. Period of Assessment and submitting assessment report of the graduate thesis: June. 1～20, 2018
2. The Certificate of graduation and other documents released in English will have the name printed
according to the name inserted in the Portal System. Please verify your name in the Portal System.
3. Public release of doctoral dissertation: In accordance with the Enforcement Degree of the Higher
Education Act No. 51 and the Internal Regulation for Graduate Thesis No. 19, doctoral dissertations must be publically released to the academia within 1 year. Additionally, the released content must be reported to the department office, in order to notify the Ministry of Education (Forms of release: Publication of independent volume, publication in academic journal, publication in periodicals, publication in international journal, presentation at academic seminar, etc.)
4. If there is a change in the title of the thesis (Korean, English), please contact the department office and change the title through the <student portal thesis management system> by , Friday, 6th July 2018.
