대학원_2019-2학기 연세대학교 대학원생 우수논문 공모 요강

 

1. 목 적 : 대학원생의 우수논문을 선정․시상함으로써 내실 있는 학문풍토를 이루며, 연구의욕을 높이고자 함.

2. 심사 대상 : ① 학술논문(재학생) : 최근 1년 이내에 발표된 논문 (※ 제1저자 또는 교신저자만 지원가능)

                  ② 학위논문(졸업생) : 2019년 2월 및 2019년 8월 졸업 학위논문

                  * 학생의 전공분야와 관련되는 학술논문에 한함

                  * 2010-2학기부터 학과자체평가 후 심사

3. 선정 부문

① 우수상

    학술논문 : 인문∙사회부문, 의학부문 - 학위과정 구분 없이 각각2편

    자연계 부문 - 학위과정 구분 없이 3편

    학위논문 : 인문∙사회부문, 자연계부문 - 석사학위 및 박사학위 각각 2편

    의학부문 - 석사학위 및 박사학위 각각 1편

    * 심사결과 우수논문이 없다고 판정할 경우 선정하지 않을 수 있음

② 장려상 : 각 분야별 약간명

4. 응모 자격 : 학술논문: 일반대학원 재학생

    학위논문: 일반대학원 졸업생(2019년 2월 및 2019년 8월에 한함)

5. 접수 기간 및 장소 : 2019. 9. 2(월) ~ 9. 9(월), 교학파트

 

6. 제출 서류 : ① 지도교수 추천서 1부

② 피추천자 연구업적 내용 1부

③ 피추천자 연구업적 통계 1부

④ 논문요약 1부 (A4 1페이지 분량): 지정된 서식 없음

⑤ 논문 1부

⑥ 첨부된 피추천자 연구업적 목록(엑셀서식)과 목록 증빙 학술지는 yunjlee@yonsei.ac.kr 로 회신

 

7. 선정 방법 : 부문별 심사위원회에서 심의 선정

8. 수상자선정 : 2019. 10월 초 선정 결과를 본인에게 통지함

9. 시 상 : 2019. 11월 중

   우수상 - 상장 및 부상(장학금)수여

   장려상 - 상장수여

Graduate School of Yonsei University Thesis Award Fall 2019

This award was created to foster competitive spirit and academic talent amongst graduate students.

■ Category:
1. Paper (currently enrolled students): Students may submit papers written within a year.( only applicable to be the first author or corresponding author)
2. Thesis (already graduated students or degree candidate students): Students who have graduated in February 2019 or who are graduating in August 2019 may submit their thesis or dissertation.
*The paper/thesis topic must be related to the student's major.
*From Fall 2010, paper/thesis will be selected after the department's evaluation.

■ Papers are awarded in the following areas
1. Award of Distinction:
* Paper : Two papers from the master and the doctoral level will be selected from the College of Medicine
* Thesis : One paper from the master level and one paper from the doctoral level will be selected from the College of Medicine

*Awards may not be conferred if there are no highly qualified papers.

2. Award of Merit: Several students from each field will be awarded.

■ Eligibility
1. Paper: Students currently enrolled in the Graduate School of Yonsei University.
2. Thesis: Only  February 2019 or August 2019 graduates are eligible for the thesis award.

■ Submission deadline
Entries must be submitted between 2019.9.2(Mon.)-9.9(Mon.) to the student's respective departmental office.

■ Required documents
1. One copy of your paper's abstract (the length should not exceed one A4 paper)
2. One copy of your paper
3. One recommendation letter written by your advisory professor
4. One copy of contents on the research achivements of the recommended students
5. One copy of a summary on the research  achivements of the recommended students

6. The list on research career (attached file) and the proofs of the related papers (must be returned at yunjlee@yonsei.ac.kr.)

All materials submitted for consideration will be considered the property of the university and will not be returned.

The awards will be selected by the discretion of the judges.

Results will be individually posted at the web in early October 2019.
