2017-1학기 대학원 연구계획서와 관련하여 다음과 같이 안내하오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

* 세부적인 학위논문연구계획서 제출 및 논문심사일정은 추후 공지사항을 통해 확인하시기 바랍니다.

1) 연구계획서 제출 방법

- '사람' 또는 '동물' 대상의 연구는 관련 윤리위원회의 승인을 2017.3.9.(목)까지 받는다.(IRB(의료기기임상시험센터)심의 마감: 수시,  033-741-1702~3, 김유림, 동물실험윤리 심의 마감: 수시, 033-741-0266, 서동진)

- 지도교수와 협의되어 작성된 연구계획서는 대학원 사무실에 제출하기 전 2017. 3. 9(목)까지 학사포탈(portal.yonsei.ac.kr)에 입력한다.(예정)

- 학사포탈에 입력한 후 2017.3. 9(목)까지 자문위원추천서 1부 및 연구계획서 1부는 지도교수의 날인을 받은 후 교학부로 제출한다.(파일로도 제출해야 함.)

- 연구계획서를 교학부에 제출 시 '윤리위원회 승인서', '연구활동종사자 안전교육 확인서, 2017년 3월 1일 이후 발행'도 함께 제출한다.

- 자문위원추천 시 유의사항
2010년 이전 입학생 : 자문위원은 지도교수를 포함하여 석사학위 과정의 경우 총 2명, 박사학위 과정과 석‧박사학위 통합 과정의 경우 총 3명을 지도교수가 위촉한다.
2010년 이후 입학생 : 자문위원은 지도교수를 포함하여 석사학위 과정의 경우 총 3 명 , 박사학위 과정과 석 ‧ 박사학위 통합 과정의 경우 1 인 이상의 해당분야 외부전문가를 포함하는 것을 권장하며, 총 5 명을 지도교수가 위촉한다 .

1) Steps to Submission of Research Proposal
- For studies on human or animal subjects, receive approval from relative ethic committee (approval report must be submitted by Mar. 9th, 2017 (Thu.)

- Research proposal completed under agreement with advisory professor must be input to the Academic Portal (portal.yonsei.ac.kr) by Mar. 9th, 2017 (Thu.) prior to submission to Department of Research & Graduate School Affairs.

- After inputting the proposal to the Academic Portal, submit one (1) hard copy each of counseling committee recommendation form and research proposal, with the signature of advisory professor, to the Department of Research & Graduate School Affairs by Mar. 9th, 2017 (Thu.). (also submit the file)

- Also submit the approval report of the ethics committee & Certificate of completion the laboratory safety education program( must be issued after Mar.1^st) when submitting research proposal to the Department of Research & Graduate School Affairs

- Notes on recommending consultation committee members
For students admitted before Spring 2010: The advisory professor selects 2 (for masters degree) or 3 (for doctoral or joint degree) people as counseling committee members.
For students admitted after Spring 2010: The advisory professor selects a total of 3 (for masters degree) or 5 (for doctoral or joint degree, including 1 or more personnel outside the university) people as counseling committee members.
