2021학년도 1학기 재입학 안내

Re-Admission Application Guidelines 2021-Spring Semester

 

1. 지원자격 Qualifications
: 미등록, 휴학만료, 자원퇴학, 성적불량 제적자

(학기만료 제적, 징계 제적자는 재입학이 불가함)

Expulsion due to the unregistered student status, expiration of leave of absence period, poor academic performance, voluntarily withdrawn students

(Expulsion due to the expiration of thesis submission period, Expulsion due to the disciplinary measures are NOT allowed to apply for the re-admission)

※ 입학정원의 결원이 있을 때 1회에 한하여 재입학을 허가할 수 있음.

※ Re-Admission can be granted only once when there is a vacancy in the admission quota)

 

 

2. 신청절차 Schedule & Procedures

     가. 학과 접수기간 : 2021. 2. 1(월) 09:00 ~ 2. 8(월) 17:00 까지

            Application Period: 2021. 2. 1.(Mon) ~ 2. 8.(Mon) 09:00 ~ 17:00

 

     나. 제출서류 Required Documents

            1) 재입학신청서 Re-admission Application Form(prescribed form)

            2) 청원서 Petition for Re-admission(prescribed form)

            3) 학업계획서 Academic Plan(prescribed form)

            4) 성적증명서 Official Transcript

 

     다. 제 출 처 : 학과 사무실

            Document Submission : Office of Department

 

     라. 재입학 승인 결과 : 2월 말 소속 학과로 합격자 명단 송부

            Result of Re-Admission Approval: A list of successful candidates will be sent to the department at the end of            

            February

 

 

3. 재입학 절차 Re-Admission Procedures 

 

학생 신청	⇨	학과 승인	⇨	대학원 승인	⇨	재입학
지도교수 추천을 받아 학과사무실로 제출 함 Submit the Application to the Department with the Academic Adviser's signature		학과 심사 Approval by the Department		대학원 심사 Approval by the Graduate School		승인 후 수강신청 및 등록 Enrollment and Registration

 

 

4. 유의사항 Notices

     가. 등록제도운영에 관한 시행세칙에 의거, 재입학 시 입학금 1/2을 납부하여야 함.

            According to the regulations of registration policies, 50 percent of the admission fee will be carried out when reentering the school.

 

     나. 재입학 후 당해 학기는 반드시 수강신청 및 등록을 해야 하며, 일반휴학을 할 수 없음.

           After re-admitted, students MUST register and cannot take a leave of absence during the 1st semester.

 

     다. 재입학 전 일반휴학을 모두 활용한 학생은 재입학 후 일반휴학 할 수 없음

            Re-Admitted students who used up all the chances of leave of absence before re-admission, cannot take a leave of absence 

            after the re-admission.

 

     라. 재입학은 1회에 한하여 허용함

           Re-Admission is allowed only once.

 

     마. 재입학 합격 후 포기 시 또다시 재입학을 할 수 없음

            When students give up re-admission after getting accepted, re-admission is not allowed ever again.

 

     바. 재입학 전 학사경고 사항은 유효하며 횟수를 누적 적용함

          Academic warning(s) received before the re-admission will still remain effective after the re-admission.
