2020-2 학위논문연구계획서제출/submission of research proposal, Fall 2020

2020-2학기 대학원 연구계획서와 관련하여 다음과 같이 안내하오니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

* 세부적인 학위논문연구계획서 제출 및 논문심사일정은 추후 공지사항을 통해 확인하시기 바랍니다.

1) 연구계획서 제출 방법

- '사람' 또는 '동물' 대상의 연구는 관련 윤리위원회의 승인을 2020.9.11.(금)까지 받는다. (추후 공지에 따라 변동가능)

* 학위논문 연구계획서 제출 후 연구계획과 관련한 변경사항이 있을 시 관련 위원회의 승인을 받은 후 변경된 내용으로 연구를 진행할 수 있도록 하여 주시기 바랍니다. (학회지 투고시 연구윤리 승인서와 학위논문 제목이 같아야 하는 경우가 있음,  간호학과 필수 )

- 지도교수와 협의되어 작성된 연구계획서는 교학파트에 제출하기 전 2020.9.11.(금)학사포탈(portal.yonsei.ac.kr)에 요약하여 입력한다.(추후 공지에 따라 변동가능)

- 학사포탈에 입력한 후 2020.9.11.(금)까지 자문위원추천서 1부 및 연구계획서 1부는 지도교수의 날인을 받은 후 교학파트로 제출한다.(파일로도 제출해야 함.)

- 연구계획서를 교학파트에 제출 시 '윤리위원회 승인서', '연구활동종사자 안전교육 확인서, 2020. 9. 1. 이후 발행'도 함께 제출한다.

- 자문위원추천 시 유의사항
2010년 이전 입학생 : 자문위원은 지도교수를 포함하여 석사학위 과정의 경우 총 2명, 박사학위 과정과 석‧박사학위 통합 과정의 경우 총 3명을 지도교수가 위촉한다.
2010년 이후 입학생 : 자문위원은 지도교수를 포함하여 석사학위 과정의 경우 총 3 명 , 박사학위 과정과 석 ‧ 박사학위 통합 과정의 경우 1 인 이상의 해당분야 외부전문가를 포함하는 것을 권장하며, 총 5 명을 지도교수가 위촉한다 .

The following announcements are regarding to the submission of research proposal for Fall 2020

You may submit the thesis research proposal only if you pass the qualification exam in this sem.

1) Steps to Submission of Research Proposal
- For studies on human or animal subjects, receive approval from relative ethic committee (approval report must be submitted by September. 11th, 2020 (Fri.)

. Studies on animal subjects_Institutional animal care & use committee,http://iacuc.yonsei.ac.kr, 033-741-0266

- Research proposal completed under agreement with advisory professor must be input to the Academic Portal (portal.yonsei.ac.kr) by September. 11th, 2020 (Fri.) prior to submission to Department of Research & Graduate School Affairs.

- After inputting the proposal to the Academic Portal, submit one (1) hard copy each of counseling committee recommendation form and research proposal, with the signature of advisory professor, to the Department of Research & Graduate School Affairs by September. 11th, 2020 (Fri.) (also submit the file)

- Also submit the approval report of the ethics committee & Certificate of completion the laboratory safety education program( must be issued after September.1^{st, 2020}) when submitting research proposal to the Department of Research & Graduate School Affairs.

- Notes on recommending consultation committee members
For students admitted before Spring 2010: The advisory professor selects 2 (for masters degree) or 3 (for doctoral or joint degree) people as counseling committee members.
For students admitted after Spring 2010: The advisory professor selects a total of 3 (for masters degree) or 5 (for doctoral or joint degree, including 1 or more personnel outside the university) people as counseling committee members.
