일반대학원 코로나바이러스감염증-19관련 특별휴학 시행 안내
대학원에서는 장기화되는 코로나19 사태와 관련하여 2020-2학기 일반휴학과 출산휴학에 대하여
학생별 휴학연한에 산입하지 않기로 결정하였음을 안내드립니다.
또한, 이미 휴학연한을 모두 사용하여 일반휴학 연한이 남아있지 않은 학생에 대해서도
2020-2학기에 한하여 한시적으로 휴학신청을 허용하기로 하였음을 알려드립니다.
※ 휴학연한을 모두 사용한 경우는 온라인으로 휴학 신청 접수가 되지 않으므로,
휴학신청서를 작성하여 원주의과대학 교학파트로 제출해야 함.

Notification on Special Leave of Absence by COVID-19
Regarding the prolonged COVID-19, the graduate school has decided not to count
the general leave and maternity leave of absence in fall semester of 2020 as the leave of absence term.
Also, those who have used up all of their leave of absence are temporally allowed to take a leave of absence
only for this fall semester, 2020.
※ If you have used all of your leave of absence, you won’t be able to apply for leave of absence via online,
so you must fill out an application for leave of absence and submit it to the Dept. of Research and Graduate School Affairs.
